The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting tenders for the Construction of a Perimeter Wall at the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School with Tubular Aluminum Rail Installation, Sea Cow’s Bay, Tortola. 

The works are intended to support the up-keep and necessary maintenance of the school. As a part of this procurement process a mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday 1st September, 2025 at 10:00am

The successful tenderer (the “Contractor”) will be required to complete the following requirements:

• Excavation of a Footing for 115 LF Wall;
• Construction of a 3’ 5” (H) x 3’ (W) Perimeter Concrete Wall or Aligning with the Current Height of Wall currently at the Campus;
• Plastering and Priming (Zinsser Bullseye Primer) of Wall;
• Painting of Wall 1,200 sq.ft. – 2 Coats of paint; and
• Fabrication and Installation of Tubular Aluminum Rails (to be painted black) matching existing rails currently at the Campus.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their complete tender package including appendices and supporting literature in one envelope clearly marked with the reference “Construction of a Perimeter Wall at the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School with Tubular Aluminum Rail Installation”. The original tender and copies must be clearly marked
