The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) in the British Virgin Islands was established to implement the Government’s recovery plan following the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma in 2017.

The RDA now invites tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the Renovation of Office Space for the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change. The internal layout of the identified office space in Palm Grove House will require retrofitting to adequately meet the Ministry’s needs in terms of private office spaces, bathrooms and partitioning of the largely open-plan office space

The Procurement method will be conducted through the National (Domestic) Competitive Bidding (NCB) process.
