The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Architectural Design Services for Courtyard Covering Structures at the Willard Wheatley Primary School, Francis Lettsome Primary School and Joyce Samuel Primary School located in Tortola, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to support the up-keep and necessary maintenance of the school.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Monday, 1st June 2026, at 2:00 p.m. to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Architectural Design Services for Courtyard Covering Structures at the Willard Wheatley Primary School, Francis Lettsome Primary School and Joyce Samuel Primary School.”
