What You Can Request

You may ask for copies of:

  • Applications for development permission
  • Decisions on those applications
  • Conditions attached to approved developments
  • Development agreements
  • Performance bonds
  • Notices that change or cancel a development permission
  • Compliance notices, stop orders, and injunctions
  • Claims for compensation
  • Decisions on appeals

What You Cannot Request

Architectural plans are not included. The Department is not required by law to share them.

How to Request Information

To get access to this information, you must:

  1. Complete the official request form attached to this service
  2. Submit the completed form to the Town and Country Planning Department via email - TCP@gov.vg 

Requests will not be processed without the form.
