Winner of 026 Agriculture and Fisheries Exhibition and Market Theme Competition

17-year-old Elmore Stoutt High School student, Niaeika Aymer (r), is the winner of the 2026 Agriculture and Fisheries Exhibition and Market Theme Competition. She was presented with her prize of $250.00 on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, by Veterinary Assistant at the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Mr. Vernol Richards (c). Agriculture Management Officer, Mr. Orville Clarke, (l) was also present.

Mr. Richards said: “Congratulations Niaeka for the remarkable job. I encourage more youth to be involved in agriculture and fisheries. Niaeka submitted five entries and I was happy to be the one to have chosen her winning entry, which was ‘Farming the Land, Fishing the Seas, Nurturing Lives and Legacies’.”
