The delegation is led by the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Honourable Corine George-Masicote, along with other distinguished members and staff.

Representing the Virgin Islands are the Deputy Speaker, Honourable Dr. Karl Dawson, Honourable Melvin Turnbull, and Honourable Marlon Penn, to include observer from the office of the House of Assembly Ms. Shakiara Cupid The conference brings together parliamentarians from across the Commonwealth to exchange ideas, promote democratic governance, and foster collaboration on shared challenges.
