The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Sealing of the Roof at the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School (ESPPS), located at Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

As a part of this procurement process, tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on on Thursday, 28th August, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.

The works are intended to repair and waterproof the roof surface area to eliminate water ingress, protect the structure, and extend the roof’s service life. The selected tenderer will be required to complete the works by 15th October 2025, to the satisfaction of the Permanent Secretary.

Tenderers must submit one (1)  original and one (1) copy of their complete tender packageincluding appendices and supporting literature in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealing of Roof at the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School (ESPPS)”.  The original tender and copies must be clearly marked accordingly, and all information must be legible.
