The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the construction of a reinforced concrete slab to support a generator at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) New Block in Road Town, Tortola.

The project involves constructing a reinforced concrete slab measuring 16 ft 6 in long × 7 ft 6 in wide × 8 in thick to provide a durable, level, and load-bearing base for the installation of the generator. The slab will be designed to meet safety, environmental, and structural standards. 

Requirements:

• Valid trade license and certificates of good standing
• Proof of good standing with Inland Revenue, Social Security, and NHI
• Proposed methodology and delivery schedule

• Demonstrated experience with similar projects

   

As a part of this procurement process, tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Thursday, 28th August, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the ESHS New Block. The evaluation will consider price, experience, methodology, and completion time. The selected tenderer will be required to complete the works within two weeks of contract commencement.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their complete tender package in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Construction of a Concrete Slab for Storing a Generator at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS)”.
