The Lands Unit (of the Lands and Survey Department) wishes to inform the public that their office will be closed to the public from Thursday, 31st July to Friday, 8th August, 2025. 

The department will resume partial services on Monday, 11th August to Friday, 15th August, with full services resuming on Monday, 18th August from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This closure is necessary to facilitate the department’s move from its current location on the ground floor of the HR Penn Building (below Alphonso Warner Insurance Agency) to the new premises on the ground floor of the Luna Tower (Wheatley’s building) located between Clovers and Said Department Store. 

This period will also allow for remediation and cleaning of the physical files and land registers prior to relocating to the new premises.

We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities and services.
