The Government of the Virgin Islands requesting quotations for the Mold Cleaning of Art Rooms and Lecture Rooms at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) L. Adorothy Turnbull Building – Ground Floor.

The scope of works includes the cleaning and sanitizing of all art rooms and lecture rooms at the ESHS L-Shape Building, removing visible mold and treating affected surfaces to prevent recurrence. As a part of this procurement process, tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Thursday, 28th August, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

These efforts are intended to ensure that the schools are cleaned to maintain a healthy and safe learning environment by minimizing the spread of germs and bacteria and by promoting overall hygiene.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original copy and one (1) copy of their complete tender package in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the reference “Mold Cleaning of Art Rooms and Lecture Rooms at ESHS L. Adorothy Turnbull Building – Ground Floor”. The original tender and copy must be clearly marked accordingly, and all information must be legible.
