Supply and Installation of Heavy-Duty Air-Conditioned Tent at ESHS

The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the supply and installation of a heavy-duty air-conditioned tent at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) Concrete Slab.

The project will provide a durable, climate-controlled structure measuring 100 ft. x 68 ft., designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 75 mph and equipped with full air-conditioning compatibility, lighting, and anchoring to local safety standards.

The structure will feature a steel or aluminum frame, UV-resistant and flame-retardant fabric, multiple entry and exit points, and full air-conditioning compatibility. The installation will also include appropriate anchoring for the concrete slab, lighting and electrical provisions, and adherence to local fire and safety standards.

Interested tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit to assess the installation area, scheduled for Monday, 13th October, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, "Supply and Installation of a Heavy-Duty air-conditioned Tent at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) Concrete Slab".

Late Submissions will not be considered.

The Government of the Virgin Islands reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to annul the process at any time without liability.
