The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the supply and installation of air conditioning units at the Ivan Dawson Primary School (IDPS) in Cane Garden Bay, Tortola.

This project is part of the Ministry’s continued effort to maintain safe, modern, and comfortable learning environments for students and teachers across the Territory.

The scope of works includes:

• Supply, installation, and commissioning of two (2) 5-ton floor-to-ceiling air conditioning units.
• Installation and commissioning of one (1) 36,000 BTU wall-mounted split unit (to be supplied by the Ministry).
• Provision of all associated installation materials, including brackets, refrigerant piping, drain piping, ducting, electrical wiring, and breakers.
• Testing, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with all manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards

Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, 8th October, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to assess existing conditions, requirements, and materials needed for the works.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Supply and Installation of Air Conditioning Units at the Ivan Dawson Primary School (IDPS)”.
