The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the supply and installation of air conditioning units at the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School (ESPPS) in Tortola.

The works are part of the Ministry’s continued effort to modernise and maintain safe and conducive learning environments across the Territory.

The scope of works includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of two 12,000 BTU wall-mounted split units and two 24,000 BTU wall-mounted split units. The contractor will also be responsible for supplying all installation materials, carrying out electrical and refrigerant connections, and ensuring the system is fully compliant with manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, 8th October, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to assess existing conditions, requirements, and materials needed for the works.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Supply and Installation of Air Conditioning Units at the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School (ESPPS)”
