The Department of Immigration advises that the submission of paper conditional permit applications will be on hold from 16–31 December 2025. The final day for submitting paper applications is 15 December 2025.

This brief pause is necessary to facilitate our transition to a digital application. Effective 1 January 2026, all conditional permit applications must be submitted online.
