The Ministry of Health and Social Development is requesting proposals for the construction of a classroom / computer lab at His Majesty’s Prison, Balsam Ghut, Tortola. 

All interested companies should contact the Ministry of Health and Social Development at email ministryofhealth@gov.vg or by telephone at (284) 468-2174 to obtain a copy of the tender document. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 February, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. 

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Ministry of Health and Social Development no later than Tuesday, 10 March, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
