The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the the Rental of a Kiosk to Provide Healthy Food Vendor Services at the Elmore Stoutt High School located in, Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to provide healthy food vendor services for approximately 1,400 students at the Elmore Stoutt High School.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Monday, 20th July, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Rental of Kiosk to Provide Healthy Food Vendor Services at the Elmore Stoutt High School”.
