The Office of the Deputy Governor is inviting members of the public to share their views on the Public Service Transformation Programme through an online survey designed to inform continued improvements to government operations and public administration.

In 2025, the Office of the Deputy Governor introduced a new strategic Public Service Transformation Programme that aligns transformation efforts with wider national plans and establishes a formal working guidelines for the advancement of the Public Service. 

Public Service Transformation Manager, Mrs. Kishann Cupid Braithwaite, said, “The programme builds on previous successes by aligning with ongoing national goals and setting new standards for accountability and performance.”

The programme focuses on strengthening service standards and supporting public officers in meeting the expectations of the public and delivering more effective services to the people of the Virgin Islands.

Highlighting the importance of public participation, Mrs. Cupid Braithwaite said, “The primary objective of the Public Service is to provide efficient, high-quality service to the people of the Virgin Islands. Public feedback is vital to guiding the continued development and improvement of the Public Service while helping to safeguard the quality and integrity of the public sector.”

The survey takes approximately eight minutes to complete, and all responses will remain confidential. Members of the public are encouraged to complete the survey by
