The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Plumbing Maintenance Services for Public Schools in Zone 4: Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS).

The service is intended to support the up-keep and necessary maintenance of the school.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Wednesday, 19th August 2026, at 2:00 p.m.  to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Plumbing Maintenance Services for Public Schools in Zone 3: Ebenezer Thomas Primary School (ETPS), Ivan Dawson Primary School (IDPS) and Leonora Delville Primary School (LDPS)”.
