The Manchester Road rehabilitation project has been completed ahead of the October completion date and is now serving motorists and pedestrians. 

Road works commenced on the project after the August holidays for the construction of approximately four hundred and twenty (420) linear feet of concrete road pavement. The completed works are now alleviating the constant view of running water on the main road while also protecting the road from degradation. 

Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Kye Rymer has expressed gratitude to the contractor for completing the works on time and staying within budget. 

 Honourable Rymer, β€œThe ministry is cognizant of the concerns of motorists and residents that traverse the areas who were inconvenienced and in response to this, executed much needed rehabilitation works in the Manchester area. The ministry remains committed to delivering durable and long-term solutions throughout the Territory and will continue to modernise utilities and infrastructure.”
