The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is advising employers, employees and the wider public that, effective immediately, an existing Immigration Entry Permit Form must be submitted with all work permit renewal applications on the Labour Management System (LMS).

Applicants are required to upload the following documents:

• A copy of applicants existing Immigration Entry Permit Form
• A recent digital passport-sized photograph
• A clear copy of the passport bio-data page
• A clear copy of the Immigration Stamp in applicant's passport

Applicants should ensure that all forms are fully completed and supporting documents are clear and legible before submission. Failure to provide the required documents may result in delays in processing the application. The Department thanks the public for its cooperation.
