The Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs is informing the public of its relocation to the Ward Building, situated at James Walter Francis Drive in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Effective Monday, May 18, 2026, the department will cease operations from its current location as it transitions to its new office space.

During this relocation period, members of the public are advised that operations and response times may be slightly slower than usual. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the public’s patience and understanding.
