The Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs is notifying the public of its relocation to the Ward Building, located on James Walter Francis Drive in Road Town, Tortola.

The relocation will take effect on Monday, May 18, 2026, at which time the department will cease operations from its current office location.

During the transition period, members of the public are advised that operations and response times may be slightly slower than usual. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its patience and cooperation.

The department’s new office space will provide a larger and enhanced environment aimed at improving service delivery and accommodating the department’s continued growth and operational needs.

The Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs remains committed to providing efficient and accessible service to the public throughout the relocation process.
