The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the connection of a 5,000-gallon water tank at the Francis Lettsome Primary School (FLPS) in East End, Tortola. 

The works are intended to support the upkeep and necessary maintenance of the school’s water supply system, including the installation of an automatic fill system, connection to the existing water supply, and integration with the pump system.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Thursday 16th October, 2025 at 10:00am to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Connection of a 5000 Gallon Water Tank at the Francis Lettsome Primary School (FLPS)”.
