The public is encouraged to report anyone that offers to sell and or offer any ‘in-kind’ asphalt (outside of the known suppliers). Any such offers should be reported to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force. The Ministry of Communications and Works is aware that there are persons attempting to scam and or entrap individuals and corrupt our systems.
