The 2025 Preliminary Voters List for the Virgin Islands is now available for review, in accordance with section 18(6) of the Elections Act, 1994.

The Preliminary List features a total of 16,204 Registered Voters across the Territory’s nine (9) Electoral Districts.

Supervisor of Elections, Ms. Carlene Herbert, in encouraging voters to review the Preliminary List, stressed the importance of the review process. She said, “This is an opportunity for voters to verify that their information is correctly listed. The review process is important as it assists the Office in identifying and correcting any potential errors and ensuring that the Territory’s Voters List is accurately maintained throughout the year.”

The Preliminary Voters List is physically available for inspection at 51 locations throughout the Territory, including Supermarkets, Clinics, Bars/Grills, Restaurants, Stores, Government Administration Buildings and the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. 

Persons with objections or claims to the List are also advised that these must be submitted from 8th to 25th September at the Office of the Supervisor of Elections, which is located in the Creque Building on Main Street, Tortola.

The Office of the Supervisor of Elections is a member of the Governor's Group and a unit that functions under the umbrella of the Office of the Deputy Governor.  The publication of the Preliminary Voters List allows for registered voters to examine their details as provided and submit any corrections for inclusion on the Revised Voters List.
